The Better Business Bureau Exposed

We have had some bad experiences with the Better Business Bureau in the past . They have signficantly hurt our business reputation, were extremly unfair in their mediation and the manager of our local chapter actively took steps to impune our business. Business owners and consumers need to know this: the BBB is not a government organization. They are a non-profit organization but that doesn’t mean that they are fair. They are out to preserve their own company and feel that they can do as they please without any penalty.
